The Concept

The belief that even well-intentioned interactions can produce unintended outcomes is the cornerstone of See Suite.

What began in 2005 in the Netherlands as a focused exploration of facial and verbal expression patterns evolved into a broader inquiry into the mechanics of human connection. Early efforts centered on observation and decoding — practical tools to illuminate the invisible dynamics shaping communication.


By 2010, this research culminated in the development of MEDS®, the first tool to emphasize the predictive power of interaction styles. Designed for use in coaching and training, MEDS® introduced a new lens: understanding how perception influences motivation, engagement, and behavior.


From the outset, See Suite has placed human interaction at the center of growth. By anchoring learning and development in the realities of interpersonal dynamics, the concept has transcended borders and disciplines — offering individuals and organizations a structured approach to navigate complexity, build resilience, and move forward.


Its power lies in its simplicity: helping people see themselves and others more clearly, so they can perform with confidence and collaborate with intention.

Founder

Ghita Ramdhiansing is a recognized authority in organizational transformation and human interaction development, with over 30 years of experience guiding professionals and teams through change.


As the founder of See Suite — established in 2007 and rebranded in 2024 — Ghita has been at the forefront of equipping organizations with advanced tools to decode, analyze, and enhance interpersonal dynamics. 


Her approach blends strategic insight with behavioral science, helping individuals and teams perform at their highest potential in complex, high-stakes environments.

Ghita’s expertise spans consulting on organizational change, designing bespoke assessments, and delivering targeted coaching, training, and mentoring programs. She has developed innovative tools for the HR industry, particularly in the areas of interaction diagnostics, team dynamics, and contextual skill development. 


One of her notable ventures includes founding and successfully exiting a people assessment startup, later acquired by an HR tech firm.


Having worked across four continents with professionals from 17 nationalities, Ghita brings a rare depth of cultural fluency and situational awareness to her work. Her coaching programs increasingly integrate AI-powered diagnostics and personalization, aligning emerging technologies with human-centered development to drive sustainable performance and resilience.
