1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by See Suite, operated as a sole proprietorship, and govern the purchase and use of Interaction Core and Interaction Matrix.

By purchasing Interaction Core via the webshop, or by engaging in an Interaction Matrix engagement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Services

Interaction Core

Interaction Core is a structured interaction insight report designed for professional reflection and application.
Interaction Core provides interaction-level insight based on contextual input.
Application of the insights remains the responsibility of the purchaser.

Interaction Matrix

Interaction Matrix consists of context-specific, relational interventions focused on interaction within teams, groups, or organisational settings.

The scope, format, and pricing of Interaction Matrix engagements are defined in advance, based on context and purpose. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

3. Payment & Delivery

Interaction Core (Web Access Purchase)

• Interaction Core is purchased and paid for in advance via the webshop.
• Delivery consists of a digital Interaction Core report.
• Delivery timelines are communicated at the time of purchase or intake.
• Access to the intake and preparation of the report constitute the start of delivery.
   

At the point of purchase, you confirm your understanding that Interaction Core is a personalised digital service and that delivery begins upon completion of the intake.

- Interaction Matrix engagements may be paid via the webshop or by invoice, depending on the engagement.
- Pricing starts from the indicated base rate and varies according to scope, setting, and format.
- Payment terms are confirmed in advance per engagement.
 

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Due to the personalised and digital nature of the services:

• For Interaction Core, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started.
• Delivery is considered to have started once the intake has been completed or report preparation has begun.
• No refunds are issued after this point.
   

For Interaction Matrix engagements:

• Cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed upon in advance and confirmed per engagement.
   

5. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and content provided by See Suite remain the intellectual property of See Suite.

• Interaction Core reports are provided for personal professional use only.
• Materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.
   

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during intakes, sessions, or analysis is treated confidentially.

Outputs are shared only with the individuals or groups explicitly involved, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

See Suite is not liable for:

• decisions made based on the provided insights
• outcomes resulting from the application or non-application of the insights
• indirect or consequential damages
   

Interaction Core and Interaction Matrix support reflection and awareness, not prescription, control, or guaranteed outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Estonian law.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
