1. Who we are
See Suite is the practice of Ghita Ramdhiansing, based in Malta. See Suite offers Interaction Intelligence services, including the Interaction Core and Interaction Matrix reports, live sessions and the Leadership Team Scan.
The controller responsible for your personal data is Ghita Ramdhiansing, trading as See Suite, Malta.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver the service you chose.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and whatever you write in your message or clarity call request.
- When you request a service: your name, email address, the option you chose, and your invoice details (company or employer name, billing address and, if relevant, VAT number). You pay by bank transfer against an invoice. We do not handle card payments.
- When you take part in an analysis: a video recording of about 10 minutes, in which your face and voice are captured. See section 3.
- Your report: your Interaction Core or Interaction Matrix report, which describes how your interaction tends to organise itself.
- Live sessions: what you choose to share during a session. Sessions are not recorded.
- When you visit the website: basic technical and usage data, such as pages viewed and approximate location. See section 8.
3. Video recordings
Your recording is used for one purpose: to prepare your report. It is deleted within two months.
- Consent first. We ask for your explicit consent before you record. Without it, no recording is made. You can withdraw consent at any time, and the recording is then deleted.
- Where it is recorded. You record in a video portal provided by Cammio BV, a company in the Netherlands. Cammio stores the recording on our behalf, encrypted, in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by Amazon Web Services.
- Who sees it. Only Ghita Ramdhiansing views your recording. It is not shared with your employer, your colleagues or anyone else.
- How it is analysed. The analysis is carried out personally by Ghita Ramdhiansing, a certified FACS coder. It describes observable patterns in interaction. It is not a medical, psychological or personality assessment, and it is not used to identify you. No automated analysis or facial recognition is applied to your recording.
- How long it is kept. Cammio deletes the recording after a maximum of two months. We do not download or keep a copy.
4. Why we use your data
We use your data only for the purposes below, each on its own legal basis under the GDPR.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
5. Who we share your data with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run See Suite. Each one handles your data on our instructions or under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, or store data there. Where that is the case, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
The website links to LinkedIn. If you follow a link, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies.
6. Teams and employers
Your individual report goes to you. Your employer does not receive it unless this was agreed in advance and you were told before you made your recording.
When an organisation books a Leadership Team Scan, we agree with the organisation beforehand what will be shared and with whom. Each participant is informed of that agreement before recording. Workshops discuss patterns between orientations in the team. Your recording itself is never shown to your employer or colleagues.
7. How long we keep your data

You can ask us to delete your data earlier. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and, with your consent, cookies that measure how the site is used.
- Necessary cookies keep the site and its forms working. They do not need your consent.
- Statistics are collected with Google Analytics. These are only switched on after you accept them in the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
9. Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To use any of these rights, write to ghita@see-suite.com. We reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country, or to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date below shows the latest version.
