The principle that even well-intentioned interactions can lead to unintended outcomes has shaped the foundation of the See Suite concept. In 2005, in the Netherlands, initial efforts focused on observation and decoding as methods to learn about patterns in facial and verbal expressions.
However, research into this topic soon extended beyond traditional psychology, leading to the launch of MEDS®, the first tool emphasizing the impact of interaction styles in 2010. This tool introduced the predictive value of interaction as a supportive method for coaching and training, aiming to understand how people's perceptions determine their motivation and attitudes.
Placing human interaction at the heart of learning and development, the concept transcended international borders to navigate the complexities of interpersonal dynamics. It provided a setting where mature decisions could be made about past experiences that continue to influence current interactions.
The concept is simple, but its execution requires practice: recognizing that individuals are good enough, while they learn to get ahead.
By simplifying interaction, results are amplified.

Born and bred in Amsterdam as a second-generation migrant in the Netherlands, with Surinamese Indian roots, I have navigated diverse social layers. I've blended the South Asian cultural influences of my upbringing with the Western influences of my surroundings. This understanding of human interaction across various contexts and life stages has profoundly shaped who I am today and laid the foundation for my professional journey.
I'm Ghita Ramdhiansing, and for over 30 years, I've been serving various industries with a wealth of knowledge, skills, and a pragmatic approach to achieving goals. My career began in procurement and quality, equipping me with a keen eye for assessing available resources, understanding their current applications, and innovatively adapting them to meet contemporary needs.
This strategic mindset has also resonated in the field of corporate finance, where I've had the privilege of assisting directors with mergers and acquisitions. Throughout this journey, I've observed that the adaptive capacity of individuals involved in the change process - both the change agents and those impacted - has been the most significant challenge.
Driven by intense curiosity, I pursued studies in behavioural sciences, acquiring licenses for various psychometric instruments. These tools map preferred behaviours and facilitate transformational journeys, reinforcing my core principles. Consequently, I've become a pioneer in modern interaction assessments, creating tools that prioritize social interaction skills and adaptive capacity. I developed tools such as Skills2Day for onboarding purposes based on 21st-century skills, iCMe for personal development, and iCu a Team Dynamics Improvement tool. These tools are specifically designed to address diverse contexts where interpersonal interactions play a pivotal role.
