Human Interaction Development

See Suite began in 2005 in the Netherlands with a focused exploration of facial and verbal expression patterns. What started as a study of micro-signals quickly grew into a broader investigation of the invisible mechanics behind human connection and interaction intelligence.


Early work centered on observation and decoding — practical tools to reveal the patterns shaping communication, perception, and team collaboration.


In 2010, this research led to the creation of the MEDS tool®, one of the first resources to highlight the predictive power of interaction styles. It offered coaches, leaders, and teams a structured way to understand how perception influences motivation, engagement, and behavior, ultimately driving organizational transformation.


Over the years, See Suite evolved from analysis tools into a complete approach for strengthening collaboration, navigating tension, and improving performance.


Today, our work is built on one principle:
