Here you’ll find research-based guides, frameworks and thought leadership on human interaction — tools for leaders, teams and individuals who value clarity, connection, and structured collaboration.

How talented people get overlooked and what to do about it.
You can be skilled, loyal, hardworking, educated and still watch others leap ahead of you.
Not because they are smarter.
Not because you lack competence.
But because success is never just about what you do. It is about how you are read.
Competence opens doors.
Interaction decides who walks through.
This book is about the missing half of the success equation. The invisible layer nobody teaches, but everyone feels.

Have you ever been in a situation where you wished you had a manual for people?
Have you ever thought about why interacting with some people is fun - and yet with others, you'd label the status as "It's complicated"?
Following the lives of members of a fictional family, and their successful, and not-so-successful, ways of dealing with everyday life and work, this personal development book will help you understand interaction differences, no matter what life stage you're in. It will challenge your views, stimulate your self-growth and help you overcome discomfort among people with whom you share your lives and work.
“These are not just books, they are frameworks for real organisational clarity.”.
“Used by leaders and teams in high-stakes environments.”
“Grounded in decades of behavioural science + real-world application.”

Not only did that comment lead me to recommend this wonderfully practical guide from Ghita Ramdhiansing, but it spoke directly to one of the strongest points of this book. It is accessible and addresses a serious conundrum in human interaction – how to make sense of other people! Everything about this book is accessible. The level of writing, the stories, the tools.

As Ghita mentions in her opening, you don't need to digest this book in one sitting. The personages playing throughout the book are very descriptive and I bet every reader will find a bit of Jamal or Greg or whoever in himself. And that makes you thinking...which is probably the best outcome I had of this book! The text itself is at times

The personages playing throughout the book are very descriptive and I bet every reader will find a bit of Jamal or Greg or whoever in himself. And that makes you thinking...which is probably the best outcome I had of this book! The text itself is at times heavy with terms and references, hence, even more important to enjoy this book modestly. Have this book in my office and will go back to it regularly!
